  1. In looking into this further, I found a draft report of the feasibility study from March of this year. Is there another to be released?

  2. It is the same report. On March 5, 2024, as you note, the consultants gave a draft report to the Council. At that time, they said they were at the “midpoint” of their work. The city now has the final report.
