Perhaps the City of Duluth and Comfort Systems can explain, by what protocol do they slap a big green notice on the door of the residential building and not the nonprofits? The CFC director says, ““Our rent payments to Sherman include utilities, so we wouldn’t receive a notice.” The same goes for the tenants, their gas & water is included in the rent. So why did they receive a notice? Just to get a scare? Why didn’t the city keep it between themselves and Sherman? It’s all too typical abusive behavior from the ironically named Comfort Systems.
