This city, its sweetheart deals, and its two-sided policies are disgusting. If John was not here to write about this, it would be yet another thing swept under the rug while the Duluth “No News” Tribune writes BuzzFeed articles about obscure things.

I saw one on there where someone was renting out a tent in their back yard. No way that is legal.
