  1. Maybe city officials are looking towards the future of the City. Maybe they have not shared their vision with the citizens. In the meantime we speculate on decisions and actions or lack of actions. My personal take on this is the City Officials are looking to return Duluth to pioneer days where the streets were unpaved and the buildings were few and built of hand sawn trees. Please correct my perception and set me straight with the real City Official plan for my favorite city of Duluth.
