  1. $100K of taxpayers’ funds wasted on waste again. Maybe with the slowdown of tax revenues because of the virus shutdown, cities such as Duluth will focus on the basics, such as fixing potholes, police service, and cleaning up trash. Studies have been done on Minnesota lakes that tried to attempt to link failing septic systems to E. coli in lakes. The studies discovered that geese were the major component of pollution.
