    • Sadly, we do not know the number. The city told us to ask the developer for the hotline number, but the developer has not provided it to us. The only number we are aware of is developer Brad Johnson’s number, posted at riverwest.com: 612-369-4364.

  1. It appears that Daniel Legg is a habitual offender when it comes to operating STRs without a permit or license. He has been operating illegally in other locations for years and laughs because there are not enough enforcement resources to deter him.

  2. Thank you for doing the research for these articles on Riverwest — you’re doing a good thing by bringing attention to this.

    Maybe this issue will get more attention once the new mayor settles in.
