Because the Township is in his back pocket and are being bought out by this business. I would bet that the board/planning members and planning director are getting kickbacks of some sort from them. Free services maybe also. Total sham. Government efficiency at its finest.
Total Sham Township and this business is clueless. Looked at the drawing and there is not and never has been a driveway entering the property indicated on that map. When was this put in and or approved by the township? Township is being bought out by them and nothing will ever be done to rectify this problem.
So basically, not even a slap on the wrist. I wonder why they have never followed the requirements of the conditional use permit. Gee!
