  1. Well, looks like Spirit Mountain has learned why giving safety briefings to every rider, followed by the signing of a waiver, is standard procedure at many amusement establishments. Adventure Zone, Defy, even the zipline at the Renn Faire….just to name a few. Expensive lesson in CYA.

  2. Poor employee oversight. I’d be curious if the process has changed.

    Follow-up piece suggestion:

    What training has been changed and how is the City going to check and make sure the employees are doing better?
