I considered subscribing, but I can’t read any examples of the stories because they are all behind the paywall. Oh well, there are other publications that let you sample some of their reporting before hand that seem to want new subscribers.

City Attorney Gunnar Johnson seems to be practicing what he either learned in Duluth or maybe helped develop in Duluth. The difference is councilors followed the propaganda scripts. You could hear them at the council meetings, not hard to pick out becasue they were simple repeating the developers or whomever’s sales pitch.
Question is, what will the citizens of Hermantown do? Optios as I see it are:
!-Wait to vote these none curious councilors out, the ones that do not want to show their ignorance or lack of curiosity
2- Launch a recall campaign
3- Keep on calling them out hoping they will get these folks to change. Do people change like this, I think not
In Duluth we have councilors that lead the propaganda sales pitches and they get others to follow suit because they get their power from being in the majority. Its time to elect good curious folks that have zero ties to party’s and unions so the citizens have actual representation of the people not those that have access and power over the people. Hermantown has always been a shadow of Duluth, this project has exposed how HErantown is no different then Duluth other than the tighter property rate is much lower because they kept too costly to live there but thats another issue.
