Kim Maki needs to be more honest in her career and realize that these are actual LIVES she’s dealing with not just numbers. Quit the lies, answer emails, be honest, don’t lie. I’ve been watching this case from Texas and spreading the word about this county in my home state. Thank you Mr. Ali!
Thank you for these articles John Ramos. A fresh look and honesty, is what I think should have happened to begin with. It is very sad that someone could repeatedly beat someone, who could not defend themself, gets a misdemeanor charge. It’s very sad that this family had to go so far for truth and transparency. Thank God for people like Mr. Ali.
The victim may have been high on drugs and may have had health problems. However, the same went with George Floyd. Look where George Floyd’s assailant is. Seems kinda strange to me.
Why didn’t the law enforcement ever interview any of the surrounding neighbors who might have witnessed the incident or at least asked if anyone had witnessed the incident?
Thank you for the question. The police did interview neighbors who witnessed the incident (or parts of the incident). These interviews were included in the evidence reviewed by the Monitor and Mr. Ali.
