  1. It could be the case than the BN considers the tools obsolete or no longer fitting that company’s maintenance methods. If there are multiples of some of the tools, an “extra” tool can be a parts donor for the others. This is huge. There might even be some tax benefit to the BN for making this donation and at the very least, good publicity.
