  1. It sure would be better to complete some projects before starting more.

    The Cross City Trail has been at a standstill mostly. It’s a project that’s over 25 years old that actually included the Lakewalk. The Lakewalk is now being rebuilt when western Duluth hasn’t had their end completed yet.

    I’d also like to know what city has ATV trails running through it? The issue with ATVers is they don’t stay on the trail and cause tons of erosion and that’s not good out west because it’s all on a steep hillside.

    Sure, create trailheads near the edge of town and have them connected to trails built, but not in areas where they will abuse the area by going off trail.

    But first let’s finish the Cross City Trail. It’s taken way too long!!!!
