  1. I’m just here to say I really appreciate the Duluth Monitor and the authentic investigative journalism it has finally brought to our area. I had subscribed to the newsletter a while back, but was able gift myself a digital subscription recently. The first full article I had the opportunity to read was the one that blew the Hermantown officials out of the water for their dishonesty, and the work that was being done behind the scenes to “Pave the Way” for this project to move ahead as silently as possible, and with haste. It was a truly great piece…VERY informative and especially helpful to be able to read, verbatim, transcripts of the past verbal exchanges between concerned residents and the city officials who’d intentionally mislead them. I think I can see some linear relationships between this project and some others and would love a sounding board, or at the ability to ask some questions and at the very least, satisfy the analyst that occupies the better part of my brain, however, I couldn’t find direct contact info. I could hardly find this area to comment, honestly.

Anyways, I appreciate what you’re doing and I look forward to more. Thank you.
