  1. Don’t forget that there is a fee to use digital payments beyond the parking fee. There is no grace period as well. When a camera picks up your license plate you will receive an automated bill.

  2. A lot of talk about reviving downtown but paying to park and $32 tickets if you exceed your time are pretty big disincentives for regular folks.
